About Me & Le Unique Generators

Hi, I’m Armando Tabarez—welder, fabricator, and the owner of Le Unique Generators. I grew up around pipelines and repair shops, and I fell in love with the character and capability of vintage Lincoln SA-200 machines. Today I document each restoration so fellow welders can see the level of detail that goes into every build.

Whether it’s a frame-off refresh, a full wiring overhaul, or dialing in the arc for field work, I approach every project like it’s going back on my own rig. Powder-coated frames, rebuilt engines, balanced armatures, and modern diagnostics all come together to keep these classics working for the next generation.
